About Will Ober

Over the past three decades, the common thread through my professional pursuits has been enduring passion for making a tangible difference in people's lives. Whether through 1.0 builds or incremental improvements, with million dollar museum exhibits or automated workflows, I'm always looking for the blue sky path forward. And I'm always looking for the opportunities to delight, to enhance, and to build enduring legacies. On paper I'm experienced curriculum development and learning professional who is passionate about learning experiences that empower learners with tools, knowledge and skills they need to make informed decisions. But I have a strong technical bent and am probably happiest when the work-and my collaborators-include at least some technical orientation. I'm dedicated to building and maintaining workplace partnerships within and across organizations. I'm enthusiastic about opportunities to build teams that can tackle big problems, and whose members can feel fulfilled while doing the work.
