About Will Orona

Supervising and training continue to be my passion. As a young man I discovered I had a knack for public speaking and presentation. This translated very well into the business world. I become an expert at sales and delivering personalized customer service. I quickly become the years top salesman at PLCU and then began sharing my experience and strength training and mentoring new hires at the credit union. This lead to my first official role as Supervisor at SDCCU, then the 4th largest credit union in the state. I define a good leader as one that remains teachable and that leads by example. I stand by my team and adapt a brand of loyalty to my employer that is the drive for ongoing personal and business success. I have kept my skills sharp and have continued to develop time management and organizational integrity while in school and caring for family members. I have taken time off to pursue school and be available for my family. Now I am eager to continue building on my career path.
