About Will Parry

As Business Manager to the CEO at Armstrong Wolfe, my role is to drive the firm’s interim management and contracting business. I am responsible for the end-to-end delivery model, from identifying market demand across our global COO communities to structuring, positioning and executing interim solutions for financial services clients.Working closely with the CEO, my role sits acrossorigination strategy, candidate curation, commercial structuring and client relationship management, ensuring we match senior business management, operational and non-financial risk expertise to critical transformation, regulatory and execution mandates. My role sits at the intersection of community insight, talent intelligence and revenue delivery, converting trusted peer networks into tangible commercial outcomes. My key passion is history and it was this that I studied while at University. My focus was the early 13th century, in particular the economy of estate management by the higher aristocracy, and the development and pursuit of military strategy and tactics. I also completed my Gold D of E award and achieved a Microsoft Suite qualification.
