About Will Penney

As Director on Deloitte’s public company audit team, I provide assurance services to a wide variety of clients in publicly traded space. In the past, I have serviced clients and have experience using multiple frameworks including (“ASPE”), International financial reporting standards (“IFRS”), public sector accounting (“PSAB”), and accounting standards for not for profit organizations (“NPO”). I’ve been involved in many special engagements providing insights and decision-making tools to clients; some of which include various accounting advisory projects included PS3280, lean services, lease versus buy analysis, specified reports for government and organizational reviews of municipalities. My personal network is far reaching; I’m able to draw on skills of professionals not only in this Province and in Canada but from all over the world. Locally, Deloitte has a wide range of professionals with expertise in assurance, tax and advisory. If there’s a need, we are able to address it. I am also an active volunteer - currently I am the treasurer of the O’Brien Farm Foundation. The near future is very exciting for the Farm, things are evolving and changing but still staying true to their mandate. Please note that all views expressed are my own
