About Will Pinholster

I genuinely believe intelligent design and thoughtful communication can make life less complicated—and more meaningful—for everyone. With years (decades?) of experience crafting campaigns and experiences for national and global brands, I'm an insights-driven creative strategist and process-minded designer. I’ve touched everything from travel brands to cultural institutions, working with both agency and in-house teams. I always keep a thoughtful eye on how to make the creative journey smoother for everyone involved. I'm skilled in building and managing cross-functional teams, always championing team ideation and the growth of the team as individuals and a collective. I'm a masterful conceptual thinker and emotive storyteller no matter the application—traditional, digital, social, or environmental. From concept to completion, I navigate the creative process with a keen eye for detail. When I'm not hunched over a keyboard or scribbling on a whiteboard, you might find me lost in the wilderness or soaking up new music in a dark room. I'm a true lover of all arts, always finding inspiration in unexpected places!
