A creative and storytelling specialist who has won multiple digital and marketing awards. I have a proven record of leading teams to create innovative, strategic, insights-driven content and creative that engages, grows and monetises audiences while utilising the latest technologies to disrupt the sports marketing industry - including developing the first ever F1 driver AI avatar, Ai.lonso - building brand salience at scale and helping to win new business. I currently work in Formula One as Head of Content at Aston Martin F1 Team having previously worked in football for Chelsea FC and West Ham United. At every step of my career, my work has been nominated for awards, and I’ve won three - including Best Digital Marketing at the Marketing Society Awards and Best Digital Content at the SportsPro Media Awards. A recognised leader in sports marketing, my expertise has also been called on to judge the UK Content Awards, twice, and the UK Digital PR Awards. Away from Content and Marketing, I was personally awarded the Make A Mark Award at Aston Martin F1 Team for "outstanding leadership in advancing diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI)."
