About Will Rikard

As an executive leader with 20+ years of experience driving organizational growth and operational excellence, I specialize in scaling teams, optimizing revenue streams, and leading strategic transformations. From increasing revenue fivefold and quadrupling program impact as Executive Director at StepUp Wilmington to leading high-performing recruitment divisions at Michael Page International, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people. I bring a unique blend of nonprofit and for-profit leadership, international experience in Sweden and Germany, and a hands-on approach to technology—having implemented Salesforce, G Suite, and HR systems to drive efficiency and growth. Throughout my career, I’ve: • Scaled organizations, increasing funding by 500% and improving program outcomes by 400%. • Launched revenue-generating business lines, such as Beyond Talent, driving sustainable impact. • Led diverse teams across sectors and geographies, fostering cultures of resilience and collaboration. I’m currently exploring executive leadership, business development, consulting, and specialized operations roles where I can leverage my strategic planning, revenue development, and operational expertise to drive growth and impact. Let’s connect if you’re interested in discussing leadership, operations, or strategies to scale organizations for lasting success.
