About Will Roll

My professional life has been spent serving the needs of people in one way or another. In most situations I have been called upon to provide others with the materials and services that enabled them to accomplish whatever goals were set before them. The bulk of my professional experience has been as an educator in one form or another. I believe that I am an excellent teacher and have always subscribed to the position that the needs of the students, both collectively and individually, are first and foremost. I believe that a teacher must be able to adapt to the needs of his or her students in such a way that not only enables the student to understand the material being presented, but also instills within the student a desire to explore even further and develop those skills and attitudes necessary for successful lifelong learning. With extensive experience managing both educational and food service operations, I am no stranger to multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in one form or another. My attitude has always been one of doing whatever it takes to get the job done in the most efficient and productive manner. I have come to know and understand that one has to be flexible as one adapts to the challenges set before them and I believe, given the wide variety of skills that I have developed through time and experience, that I would be an asset to the faculty and a resource to the students at any academic institution if given the opportunity to do so.
