I’m a Systems Engineer with over 25 years of experience in IT, primarily focused on Windows environments with additional hands-on Linux exposure. My expertise includes: Virtualization & Cloud: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure (VM creation, backup, file sync), Azure Virtual Desktop Systems & Automation: Windows Server, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft System Center, ServiceNow Flow Designer Identity & Collaboration: Active Directory (on-prem and Azure Entra ID), Office 365, Exchange, Teams File Transfer & Storage: GoAnywhere MFT, Citrix ShareFile, Azure Storage, on-premises gateway management Data & Analytics Support: Dynamics CRM, Power BI/Fabric gateway, some SQL Server querying/administration Backup & Recovery: DoubleTake, Commvault, Azure-based backups A large part of my current role involves automating repeated processes—especially for onboarding, offboarding, and account management. I leverage ServiceNow Flow Designer, PowerShell, and other tools to streamline these workflows, freeing up help desk teams to focus on higher-value tasks.
