Will joined B&N in 2015 in the Portland, Oregon office and serves as the Pacific Northwest Bridge Inspection Group Manager His experience covers many aspects of bridge engineering, assessment and evaluation, including inspection, condition evaluation, load rating, structural health monitoring, asset management and project management. He has inspected more than bridges and climbed more than 300 Structures in nine states. His inspection experience includes bridges, tunnels, high mast light poles, sign structures and complex structures across the United States, including long-span structures in Oregon, Louisiana, Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho and Iowa; a radio telescope in West Virginia; potable water tanks in South Korea and a gantry crane for NASA in Virginia.
