About Will Tan

Dear connections, I am currently working in a solar company in Kota Damansara, as a senior project engineer. Btw, quick intro of me, I have finished my Master of Business Administration (MBA) studies at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in 2021(3.96). While, previously, I was graduated with First Class Honours (3.89) in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from INTI International University, Nilai. Throughout my years of undergraduate and postgraduate studies, I have gained exposure and experience in leading multidisciplinary projects that consist of teammates from all walks of life, I have managed to leverage the strengths, skills and knowledge of individuals including myself to complete the projects within allocated time period, budget and resources. Despite the challenges that arise, time management, proper planning, scheduling, and prioritization have provided me the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining consistent academic performance throughout my academic life. The skillsets and knowledge that I've gained was able to be applied effectively in work, whereby I was challenged by my superior to handle more than 120 equipment, including both standard and R&D equipment while I was in Solution Engineering Sdn Bhd. The challenges that I have faced while working have helped me to develop better emotional control and versatility in handling daily problems that confronted me. In addition, as one who strives for quality and excellence, I have always ensured that all works were carried out in accordance to the specifications, plans, procedures and work instructions, so that the targets of every stage of completion can be met. As a project engineer with four years of working experience in various industries, strong educational background in the field of mechanical engineering and business administration, I am confident I'm able to help elevate your company to the next level.
