About Will Tan

I am passionate about people, wellness and inclusivity. People are inspiring. What moves us and makes us happy, what helps us grow, and how we connect with each other. How we recover from situations, and our reason to stay moving. In my line of work, I meet with different people everyday. I try to find a way to connect and understand them so I can help them achieve their goals. This way, they may continue to inspire others. I try to live and breathe what I share in yoga, and my mindfulness teachings. The world is a lot more complicated than ever, and yet, it can also be simple. Finding that space that allows we can hold us to practice wellness in body and mind can make our world a lot better. I enjoy doing my work because it allows me to just that. Growing up as a third culture kid. A Chinese boy born in the beautiful islands of the Philippines didn't really have a lot of representation. While my situation seems unique, there's plenty of people who aren't represented at all. I've made it one of my missions to let people know that they are seen and heard in my life coaching and volunteer work. This is what moves me most days. I live for a world that is a little more compassionate with each other. Through yoga and wellness, we may just be able to do that and maybe be a little source of inspiration for others as well.
