Growing up around the industry and spending years in hands-on roles, I've developed a well-rounded expertise in both day-to-day plant management and strategic operational leadership. At CEMEX, a global leader in building materials, I lead plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance. My background includes managing Ready-Mix concrete plant operations, overseeing batching processes, implementing quality control protocols, and driving continuous improvement in plant efficiency. In addition to Ready-Mix operations, I have extensive experience managing concrete block production facilities, including the operation and maintenance of Columbia Machine systems. My skill set includes mechanical troubleshooting, mold building, preventive maintenance, and optimizing production workflows. I’m passionate about leading high-performing teams, solving complex operational challenges, and delivering results that align with both local and corporate goals.
