About Will Turnbull

I turn strategy into execution. Over the past decade, I’ve built and scaled strategies across consulting, government, and global corporates - most recently advising pharma and biotech leaders at Vynamic, where I redesigned operating models, built capability frameworks, and delivered workforce and launch strategies for multi-billion-dollar portfolios. Earlier in my career, I led high-stakes government initiatives including the £20bn Hinkley Point C nuclear deal, managed national fuel resilience during emergencies, and developed international healthcare partnerships that unlocked £100m+ in exports. What sets me apart is the ability to navigate complexity and deliver results in fast-changing environments. I thrive on building structure where none exists, aligning diverse stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes - whether that’s cutting costs, scaling teams, or opening new markets.
