I have a solid background in working within and leading a team, concentrating on improving financial results and growing sales. I understand and embrace the importance of maintaining and developing strong relationships with a team, stakeholders, and clients. Within all roles, I strive to maintain the highest level of results and deliver projects on time with an organised and systematic approach. When leading a team, I feel it is important to work within the team not from a top down approach, whilst setting high but achievable goals. It is a major goal to see each team member excel at their highest possible level and grow to their full potential. Golf is the sport I love the most and epitomises my drive to excel and push myself as hard as possible to be the best I can be. My further involvement with golf on different levels shows my drive to work with a team and grow the sport and club environment for my peers and elders alike.
