General Contractor/Professionally Licensed Electrical Engineer, Small Business Owner/Entrepreneur. Extensive experience in industrial power and controls, utility maintenance and modifications, and environmental services. As a General Contractor, have installed design build HVAC systems, CCTV systems, and various industrial re-engineering work. Also have provided system commissioning services to nuclear utilities and government organizations. In the environmental services and projects, have fifteen years of highly successful experience in the D&D of DOE obsolete weapon plants process systems. Success is based on a thorough knowledge of required DOE regulations and safety basis and associated radiological, security, and fissile controls necessary to perform HAZWOPER work safely. In staff augmentation services, have provided experienced experts in their field to perform services such as shadow manager, design/system/operations/field engineers, and craft superintendents to goverment and private sector clients. Goal is to develop a broad base of clients in different areas (e.g. goverment or commercial sector, industrial work, utility work), while providing quality services safely.
