Proven track record in roles such as Field Superintendent, Regional Technical Consultant, Territory Sales Manager, Technical Training Director, Architectural Services Representative and Commercial Sales Manager. As a Commercial Sales Manager, I leverage my technical expertise to drive sales opportunities, deliver outside the box approaches and enhance customer satisfaction. I actively contribute to the advancement of industry standards, serving as a board member of the Tile Council of North America (TCNA), Member of the ANSI A108 Committee and as a member of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) Technical Committee. Notably, I was part of the subcommittee that developed ANSI standards for Gauged Porcelain Tile Panels, playing a key role in shaping guidelines that ensure product & installation quality and safety. Passionate about education and professional development, I serve on the Education Committee of the Floor Covering Contractors Association (FCICA) and am involved in the ASTM C21 Ceramics and Whitewares Committee.
