I am also an inspirational, insightful and constantly curious theatre teacher and scholar with a proven commitment to programme development, teaching and actor training at undergraduate and postgraduate level in both conservatoire and academic settings. A student-centred approach to training is backed up by a superb professional leadership background and record as a working actor, artistic director and chief executive, arts consultant, programmer and arts innovator. Outstanding communication, public engagement and project management skills are backed up by 20 years’ experience in the UK arts sector, and extensive national and international networks in the arts industry, public sector and HE environments.
