About Willard Bepete

As the Founder and Chair of Africa Diaspora Revival Fund (ADRF), my dedication to fostering self-sufficiency and prosperity in Africa is unwavering. By supporting the creation of sustainable and resilient communities that integrate environmental sustainability, economic diversification and social inclusion, a Happy Africa is imminent. OUR GOAL Is to build a self-sufficient & prosperous Africa through affordable and accessible financial solutions & the social empowerment of its people. We believe in Africa’s potential and its place as a global powerhouse, but without robust & accessible finances to back development, we continue to face numerous challenges making it difficult to invest in Africa._ CHALLENGES 1. Lack of reliable, inclusive, & transparent programs where people can get and contribute funding to invest in Africa. Poor leadership & mismanagement of programs & funds meant to develop Africa. Colonial & Neo-colonial mindset. The toxic belief that nothing good can come out of Africa. THE ADRF OFFER - We are calling to Africans, Afro-descendants, & Allies of Africa, to join us in building a $10T fund in 5 years, through donations, loans, or investments, that will finance projects and businesses that develop Africa and help in the social empowerment of Africans. WE RISK perpetuating the cycle of poverty, dependence on other economies, and underemployment in Africa, without doing anything about this issue. Without intervention, the continent will continue to face; 1. Economic stagnation, 2. Social instability, and 3. Environmental degradation. RESULTS we want to see: A SMART & HAPPY Africa: •Self-sufficient, •Efficient, •Multicultural, •Authentic, •Resilient, •Technologically advanced. My professional path in medicine, with over 3 decades of extensive experience in orthopedic surgery, informs my commitment to community well-being, noble behavior and resilience. I’m leveraging that along with organizational skills and leadership in multidisciplinary teams, to guide ADRF as a credible and trustworthy global fund, focused on fostering community well-being and resilience in Africa. If you are African, Afro-Descent, or an Ally of Africa, and want to participate in creating this lasting change in Africa and ensuring a better tomorrow, join us. Send me a message here on LinkedIn. I will be happy to share more & guide you.
