With nearly three decades of professional experience, I have built a successful career leading complex, high-impact projects across the banking, telecommunications, technology, and mining sectors. I bring over 23 years of specialist expertise as a senior consultant, program and project manager, and business, process, and solutions architect. At Harmony Gold, I previously served as the Project Management Lead, where I was responsible for overseeing enterprise-level IT transformation initiatives. I have since transitioned into a dedicated project management role, enabling me to focus more directly on delivery leadership, solution execution, and cross-functional coordination without the broader PMO governance responsibilities. My consulting and leadership experience spans clients such as MTN, ABSA, Standard Bank, RMB, M&F, Bank Windhoek, Bank Gaborone, and Cavmont Bank. At MTN, I led solution design, strategic integration, and business process re-engineering within the Branded Retail Channel and Business Architecture functions. As part of Deloitte Consulting’s delivery team, I played a key role in building a full-scale digital banking platform for a global client, serving as solution designer and scrum lead for back-office domains (BPM, DCM, ECM), before stepping into the role of Product Owner for the testing stream, overseeing five agile teams across South Africa and the USA. My fintech expertise was deepened during seven years with Celbux, a cloud-based digital payment platform, where I focused on SaaS and PaaS strategies within the payments ecosystem. At Illovo, I led the successful rollout of SAP SuccessFactors to South Africa and Tanzania and managed the end-to-end implementation of a Transport Management System (TMS) in Malawi — both completed in 2023. I’m passionate about aligning digital solutions with business strategy and delivering measurable outcomes through structured, agile, and client-centered project leadership.
