Both as a Physical Therapist and General manager in different countries and in different sectors (hospitals, home care a.o.), but also as a Global industry lead, Strategy Director, Business developer and Director at ORTEC BeNeLux and DACH, where we supported Healthcare organizations in different countries in optimizing their capacity- and duty roster planning processes for nurses and doctors.• 20+ years of experience in closing software deals and strategic partnership agreements in sometimes very difficult (international) environments in new and existing markets, and where we went from being a small player in The Netherlands to the absolute market leader in our field and where we grew in Belgium and Germany from a start-up to a serious contender.• 15+ years of experience as chairman of the final examination committee of the post-HBO courses “Circulation Practitioner”, “Renal Practitioner” and “Ventilation Practitioner” provided by CTG (Care Training Group).• Member of the Advisory Board of two start-ups, namely Sendrato (in E-Health) and GrwNxt (in Food Tech).• Professional Athlete for many years, including member of Dutch Men's Volleyball team, indoor and beach.
