Background

About Willem Kitshoff

I am a 1982 model and is married to Mia. I live in Stellenbosch and have 2 boys (Jan and Francois) and a daughter Karin. I am a big fan of the outdoors which include golf, mountain biking and trail running. Also a keen guitarist and singer. My ultimate happy place is the bushveld. I am a qualified CA(SA) and started my career at the PSG Group as a Private Equity analyst with a core focus on education (Curro and Optimi group). I am currently the CEO of d6 group. I joined d6 in the beginning of 2016 and became group CEO after the consolidation of Principal Software (School management) and d6 Technologies (School communication) in mid 2017. I have always been passionate about the education industry and believes that through empowering schools to be more effective, one can ultimately change the way communities function. Effective school management is a core foundation to quality learning.
