As a Workforce Analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor, I provide strategic oversight and direction for the $45M Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) program, leading cross-sector efforts to deliver customized technical assistance through national webinars, convenings, and tailored learning tools while navigating complex federal compliance requirements to support sustainable rural economic growth. Prior to serving as a Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Education—where I contributed to the administration of the $76B Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF)—I played a key role in cultivating equity-centered research initiatives within a national network of early-career researchers, sponsored research administrators, and funders at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU). That work laid the groundwork for scalable federal engagement, preparing me to lead emergency grant processing frameworks, deliver training solutions nationwide, and foster collaborative team environments rooted in shared purpose. Across both roles, I’ve consistently connected strategic resource allocation to meaningful outcomes—bringing operational excellence, a deep commitment to inclusion, and long-range vision to every initiative.
