Being at the driver instead of a passenger. Winning in a multi-player game instead of single-player. This is what drives me and is also reflected in my professional career. Starting in process engineering research, moving on to test bench and plant engineering, and most recently in software and automation solutions in the automotive sector, I have had to master many challenges. And this is exactly where I see my strengths: the combination of organizational skills and broad technical understanding enables me to lead complex, interdisciplinary projects to success. In addition, it has never hurt to inspire companions for a common goal and to plan three steps ahead. What sets me apart?
