As Senior Managing Director and New Jersey Market Leader, Will Forcello is responsible for leading CBRE’s New Jersey business and growth strategy for Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Valuation and Advisory Services, Debt and Structured Finance, Property Management, and Project Management. With more than 16 years at CBRE, Will has a unique professional story that encompasses oversight of CBRE’s key business segments, providing him a deep understanding of his firm, business, and industry. In 2018, Will established the CBRE NJ Rising Professionals Community to serve as a networking group for junior talent within New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry. In 2019, he was recognized as CBRE’s Sales Management Professional of the Year. In 2022, NJBIZ named Will one of its Next Generation Leaders, a prestigious cohort of business professionals poised to take New Jersey into the future. Will is a high-performing and well-respected leader. He’s a man of integrity at work, at home, and in his community.
