To Whom It May Concern: My name is William Abbott. Recently I moved to my hometown in Connecticut with my wife Lisa. As you can see from my profile, I have multiple skill sets where I worked both in Information Technology for 12 years and the Restaurant/Hospitality industry for 10. After working at Blue Cross Blue Shield in Massachusetts as a Junior Network Administrator, I decided to change careers and pursue my passion with food. I attended the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. While I was in school, I was exposed to many small craft industries whether it was cheese, beer or maple syrup. What impressed me the most about these cottage industries was the attention to detail and the love they put into their products.
