About William Aday

I am currently working as a control board operator at OCI Alabama. I have been in chemical manufacturing for a few years now. I'm now looking to take on a managerial role, leveraging my business knowledge to help create value. I have leadership experience in multiple types of manufacturing, leading small teams, and I am looking to build upon that. I have lived in north Alabama my whole life, and have a wife and daughter at home to provide for. They inspire me to go out and make the best of work and life every day. I want to create more value in the world, to better ensure their long-term success. Most importantly, I want my team and I to go home safely to our families each night. I aim to continue furthering my career for my family. I am a creative problem solver at heart, and I love a good challenge. I aim to find a position in management soon after completing my MBA, and I look forward to this new, challenging point in my career.
