About William Anderson

With more than fifteen years in sales leadership roles, I bring to your organization a wealth of experience in strategic sales and market planning, competitive market positioning and team development and leadership. • As Owner/General Manager for Anderson Family Homes, LLC, I acquired an existing sales center, introduced new procedures, strategies and processes, and drove revenues from a zero base to $2.4 million annually. • As Sales/Finance Manager for Donna Baker Homes, I built a new sales center from inception, secured a new exclusive manufacturing line and grew revenues from a zero base to $4.8 million annually. • As General Manager for Palm Harbor Homes, I led the turnaround of a remote sales operation, introduced new creative marketing and sales strategies, and delivered a 29% increase in sales revenue in 2003 despite stagnant growth in the manufactured home market. • As Sales Manager for Palm Harbor Homes, I built and empowered a sales team to exceed their sales goals, earned President’s Club and ranked within the Top 1% nationally (out of 850) as an individual contributor. • As a Sales Associate for Palm Harbor Homes, I attained Million Dollar Round Table and President’s Club status within the first year.
