With over 30 years of work experience in the IT field, I am a skilled and versatile technical services manager who can handle a variety of system problem analysis and monitoring tasks. My mission is to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of the network, server, and equipment for my current company, Germantown Technologies, a leading provider of innovative solutions for various industries. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex technical issues and delivering excellent customer service to the users. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different sectors, such as healthcare, education, and printing, and have acquired multiple CompTIA certifications.In my current role, I manage the technical services team and oversee equipment installation, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and upgrade. I also communicate with users and understand their issues and questions, and provide effective solutions or workarounds. Additionally, I participate in the preparation of training material and documentation for support use and conduct periodic inventory maintenance on all equipment. Some of the skills that I use daily are help desk support, hardware, technical support, network administration, and network security. I enjoy working with a talented and supportive team, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
