I oversee the HR department operations, manage the payroll processing for 220 employees, and identify grant opportunities to enhance HR initiatives. I also lead a high-performing team of 4 members in executing comprehensive HR programs, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, and more. Additionally, I establish experiential learning and job development initiatives, enhancing the skill development and career growth of the workforce.
