Hi, I am William D. Baker! My history of success in conducting detailed inspections on a strict maintenance schedule to prevent problems; replacing defective and/or worn parts to optimize performance and minimize potential future issues/risks over various organizations. I am an expert in identifying and resolving defects to increase reliability and maintainability. I am skilled in conferring with technicians, engineers, and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. I am recognized for continually applying knowledge of best practices and continuous improvement skills while coaching staff in root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation. My talent of communicating in a clear and concise manner to achieve intended objectives along with proven interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relations with colleagues and subordinates will tremendously benefit your organization. I am technically proficient in Solidworks, Maximo, and Microsoft Office as well as familiar with Minitab.
