Extensive experience with DOCSIS 3.0 and 3.1 HFC services. Using XpertTrack remote view plant management, Bizview remote view HFC customer premise equipment management, SolarWinds, BroadSoft VoIP switch, product management, product/process service assurance management, National Service Center (call center tech support & account services) management, and many other skills associated with multi-product, multi-process, and boundary partnering oversight ensuring a smooth customer experience at all interfacing points. I have extensive use of the Remedy application with help desk supervisory and management, as well as help desk customer support of telecommunications products like IPC, PRI, SIP trunking, HFC business internet & data support, aggregated fiber internet services, point to point, and many other voice, video, & data services. Now supporting the remote ITaaS and Cloud Services supporting DaaS, IaaS, SaaS, BaaS, SDWan, MDaaS, and NOCaaS.
