Over the past 7 years I had the pleasure of running a successful real estate photography business. And during those seven years a recurring question was asked by homeowners and real estate agents,"Bill, do you know anybody that can fix the faucet, paint the bedroom, clean the garden beds or pressure wash the house?" I realized there was a tremendous need for a handyman. So I said to myself,"Self, you should start a handyman business." I took that advice and in October 2017 I started Tri-County Handyman Services LLC. And now in my third year I have been pleasantly surprised of how the business has grown. My business model is built around doing the jobs that 1: homeowners don't have time to do and 2: large contractors don't want to do. I do small jobs, for example, install ceiling fans, paint rooms, fix the leaking toilet, install storm doors. You get the idea. I am still shooting real estate and aerial photography and video. I can't give that up. If it weren't for the homeowners and agents I would have never had the idea for Tri-County.
