About William Basilio

I`m a specialized engineer in mission-critical communications, with over 15 years of experience leading and managing strategic projects. My career has focused on the design, deployment, and evolution of telecommunications infrastructure for public safety, transportation, and national security sectors. Currently at Sepura, I am focused on the technological transformation of TETRA networks, supporting organizations as they transition to hybrid TETRA–LTE architectures and gradually adopt MCX (Mission Critical Services). My vision is clear: ensure operational continuity of existing systems while paving the way for interoperability and mission-critical broadband. Throughout my career, I have been responsible not only for delivering technical solutions, but also for planning, coordinating, and managing complex projects from initial design to final implementation—always meeting the highest operational and security standards. I have led and supported key initiatives for the Mexican Ministry of Defense (SEDENA), the Mexican Navy (SEMAR), federal and state public safety agencies, and national railway systems responsible for the secure transport of people and critical goods.
