About William Bishop

After completing my RIBA Part 1 Architectural Studies at Kingston School of Art, I worked in architectural practice for just under two years. I was part of various projects and received an insight into different types of briefs - considering a project's multiple constraints and opportunities through feasibility and design studies. I learnt about the planning process by meeting Conservation and Case Officers and submitting Pre-Apps and Planning Applications. I also gained experience in technical design, tender and construction phase. During my time in practice, I discovered my interest is not only in design, but also working in collaboration with different stakeholders in the whole development process. I am currently undertaking a Masters in Real Estate at Henley Business School, Reading. I hope to expand my knowledge in Real Estate Markets and how they directly relate to the changes and needs in society.
