About William Bohning

William grew up in his family’s grocery and convenience store business. He began as a stock/bag boy and worked his way to becoming a butcher. At age of 17 and while starting college, he became the direct supervisor of 7 of the convenience stores and indirectly oversaw the entire chain of 15 locations. During that time, he also started his love for real estate and purchased his 1st residential rental and a commercial property. He became a licensed contractor and built dozens of speck and custom homes, flipped houses and played a role in small developments. He stepped away of the family business in 99’ to develop a specialty toy store concept, which he successfully franchised. In early he joined forces and started a local bank “Your Bank”, where he served as acting president while raising capital to fund the venture.After successfully opening the bank, William joined Keller Williams Reality and soon became a “Mega Agent” in his local market. He took a short stint as the Team Leader CEO of a KW Market Center where he was able to steady the ship. William currently is with the Williams Team, the #1 Real Estate Team in the Greater New Orleans area. He has had many roles with them including COO, the President of the Commercial Division, Expansion Consultant and Residential Listing Specialist. He also acts as a business consultant and coach for the team. Passionate about coaching others to success, William became certified by the Self-Talk Institute and was trained personally by the founder, Dr. Shad Helmstetter. He also received training to become a John Maxwell Team Certified speaker and coach and now co-owner of 12 Stones Coaching, a coaching, speaking and consulting business.
