I have extensive experience supporting business transformation, service center delivery and technology implementation for enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform software implementation processes. Specifically, I have been involved in all facets of the implementation lifecycle and Business Process redesign for the following business functions: Core Financials: Supply Chain, Project and Contract Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Research Administration; Human Resources: Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and interfaces to financials Shared Services: Client & Case Management, Data Analytics, Facility build Professional Experience • Led an multiple successful cloud ERP deployments for Finance, Supply Chain and Human Capital at multi-billion dollar healthcare provider systems. • Led an engagement team in the re-planning of a business transformation project, rolling out new services, tools and an ERP platform to support 200k EEs across 10 campuses and five medical centers in the western US. • Led the Shared Services Implementation lead, focusing on People, Process and Technology components in the creation of a 450+ person organization designed to support all HR transaction processing, for a 10 campus, five medical center university system. • Led Future State Process Design effort for a 10 campus, five medical center university system. Successfully coordinated design, development, issue resolution and finalization/signoff for 99 business processes, impacting all facets of Core HR, Benefits Administration, Time and Attendance tracking, Absence Management, Payroll and Finance integration. This effort included, facilitating in-person meetings of 120 university SMEs supporting EEs across 10 campuses, five medical centers and two auxiliary units; creating pages of documentation; resolving issues; and completing a planned 15 month effort in five months • Served as the co-director of Operations at a shared service center for HR processing, supporting EEs (functions: HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Financial Integration).
