Motivated professional with over 9 years industry experience wearing many hats (current being Agile Coach & Delivery Lead) across the I.T, Health, Education & Business Consulting industries with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across a wide variety of platforms. Some of the hats I have worn: Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, Business / Functional Analyst, Scrum Master, Implementation & Technical consultant as well as Team Lead. Before I speak more about my professional career, a bit about me: I love cooking, playing video games, DIY home renovations, restoring old cars and eating food. I love great conversation and am lucky enough that in my position as Agile Coach I get to have a great many of them with many different people. Getting to know people in the team/organisation and goes a long way to building a great team culture and high performing team. Passionate about all things Agile and always looking at ways to improve the team and coaching stakeholders in Agile. For the last 5 or so years I that I have been in the Agile Coach/ Scrum master role I have worked with a variety of teams and organisations using my technical and business experience as a concrete foundation to guide the team and business in agile practices growing together. Resourceful and proactive, I combine communication skills with detailed product knowledge and skill sets to provide the ideal outcome for both the business and client, whilst working alone and as part of a larger team. My adaptability allows me to move seamlessly through different areas of a project and place myself where needed to get the job done.
