I’m a Franchise Business Coach at Kidokinetics, where I work one-on-one with franchise owners to help them grow more confident in their business decisions, their leadership, and themselves. That might look like digging into a P&L together, building a plan to grow their team, or talking through what’s getting in the way of execution. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching - I meet each owner where they are, and we work from there. Whether it’s mindset, metrics, or management, I’m in their corner helping them build toward long-term success. What keeps me invested is the people. I love watching someone step into their leadership, find their footing, and start making decisions that actually feel like their own. It’s not about quick wins - it’s about creating the kind of momentum that sticks.
