About William Bresler

I am a persistent senior project manager who relentlessly identifies and resolves project risks and issues. This is particularly valuable when asked to step in and fix a troubled project or lead a critical one from the outset. This typically leads to meeting or exceeding cost, time and quality expectations set by the client. I am passionate about people and process. I develop process and training documentation for new and experienced project managers. I am requested by senior management to mentor project managers new to the accounts I support. I have provided classroom training to colleagues. From a business perspective, my ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans, target communications to the appropriate level, solve problems, matrix manage, and build consensus leads directly to improved client relationships and increased customer satisfaction. My thorough, well-documented, easily understood plans and communications lead to a client who has confidence ‘everything will be OK’ and requests me, by name, to rescue troubled projects and lead critical ones.
