About William Brock

Started my career in the US Navy as a Machinist Mate in 1979. Attended "Air Cond. and Refrigeration "C" school.After completing this school I also attended "Hydraulic,pneumatc C school". Completed a Leading Petty Officer and a Supervisor "Leadership Management Education Course." Completed a Centrifugal Refrigeration class also. Upon leaving the navy(1988) I work for Mac Steel in the Maintenance Dept. After leaving Mac Steel(1995) I aquired a class A CDL and drove over ther road for a short time. I then was hired at OK Foods for a new plant start up.(1996) Assisted in implimentation of a planned maintenace program,and initiating the PSM Program for the plant. In I started at Rheem Manufacturing as a "A" Mechanic working on hydraulic metal presses,conveyors, forklifts,Etc. I attended a Toyota 5 & 7 series schools at Toyota facilities in Kansas City and Memphis.In 2005 with the economy slowing I moved to Gerber Manufacturing in the Refrigeration Department. I am also cross train and have had a High pressure boiler lic. since We currently are running Frick screw compressors that cool a glycol coolant that is used as a secondary coolant going into the plant, keeping all the ammonia in the engine room.Our boilers are
