With over three years of experience in fraud prevention and dispute resolution, I have honed my expertise in analysing data, detecting anomalies, and identifying fraud patterns using various tracking and analysis tools. Within three months of the team’s operation, €17.642,26 was saved, and by the end of the year, €69.977.63. An additional €36.401,02 was saved within 6 months by asserting cardholder liability when investigating fraud claims. As a result, the total recovered amount of €217.164 from 1172 chargeback requests, with a 94% success rate over 3 years.
