Dr. William A. Brownlee Sr. is currently expanding his spiritual footprint with the opening of Emmanuel Christian Center of Los Angeles, Emmanuel Christian Center of Houston, and Emmanuel Christian Center of Atlanta. To support the youth in developing future leaders, Pastor Brownlee created the Emmanuel Christian Center Leadership Academy in 2019. Additionally, he established the Brownlee Scholarship Fund (BSF) as part of his mission to alleviate the financial hardships of individuals facing challenges in achieving their educational, ministerial, business, and personal goals. Motivated by a desire to create jobs and give back to the community, Pastor Brownlee founded Divine Enterprises, a family of companies offering a wide range of services aimed at helping the community achieve their goals. The company is designed to produce maximum impact for its customers and the broader community. With over 10 years of banking and leadership experience in the finance sector, Pastor Brownlee brings a unique blend of financial expertise and spiritual leadership to his work. He is the Senior Pastor of Emmanuel Christian Center (ECC), headquartered in Philadelphia, which he founded in 2016. His leadership journey began at The Church of New Hope and Faith under the mentorship of Bishop James McNeal, Jr. Dr Brownlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and later pursued his Master of Divinity at Palmer Theological Seminary in King of Prussia, PA.currently holds a PHD, in ministry leadership from Harvest Christian University.
