As a dedicated cybersecurity professional, I specialize in ensuring the resilience and security of information and operational technology environments. My expertise includes conducting risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security testing. I manage patching processes using Industrial Defender and ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards. Additionally, I handle incident tickets and workflows in ServiceNow, work with SCADA systems to monitor and control industrial processes, and utilize FortiPAM for privileged access management. I am proficient in managing access controls and permissions within Active Directory, including DMZ and ESP zones, and oversee network security for Fortigate firewalls and FortiSwitches. My role also involves monitoring and responding to events in Industrial Defender, Windows, FortiEDR, and Dragos. Previously, as a cybersecurity major at Bellevue University, I honed my technical skills in data storage, network security, and cybersecurity through academic courses, hands-on projects, and part-time participation in the National Cyber League (NCL). NCL is a biannual cybersecurity competition that challenges participants to solve real-world scenarios and capture the flag (CTF) exercises in various domains, such as cryptography, forensics, and web application security.
