As the North America Deductions Lead at Solenis, I leverage my analytical skills and business acumen to identify cash flow opportunities and implement corrective actions. I work across five business units to develop SOPs & best practices, providing financial insight on process gaps and opportunities for improvement. I also provide regular reporting on open deductions and customer claims while leading a team of 10 analysts globally. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to exceed metrics on evolving customer trade AR portfolios, manage high volume corporate & strategic accounts, and resolve billing problems preventing payment. I have also supported North America Treasury, North America Supply Chain, Global Accounts Receivable, Credit, Billing & Process Improvement & Quality Control with daily management tasks related to collections. My foundation as an Account Management Team Lead, helps me leverage my customer service experience and supply chain background to fill process gaps and how they impact cash flow and P&L impact.
