Hi, I'm William. I'm an experienced retail supervisor with over 9 years of experience in the Adelaide area. The focus of my work has been leading my team to reach the companies strategic goals, engaging with customers, and meeting sales targets outlined by management. I pride myself on deep knowledge and understanding surrounding products in the Manchester and Kitchenware space, and by utilizing this knowledge I am able to provide the customer with an in-store experience which is truly unique. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Business (Management) at the University of South Australia, with an expected finish date of Q1 2021. Within this degree, I have learnt many aspects of modern managerial theories, leadership skills, and financial management skills. I particularly focus on ethical managerial skills and take pride in my ability to treat my team and the customer ethically, fairly, and with respect.
