I have held various positions of leadership in Global IT with a primary focus on program and project management, business transformation, ERP application business and IT systems implementations, and manufacturing shop-floor and supervisory systems design and implementation. My work in these areas has required global travel to Brazil, France, Canada, and Korea, as well as to multiple states within the USA while leading the implementation of Enterprise Applications or technology systems. My personal strengths include global project management experience, team work and team leadership, excellent communications skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with business customers and IT customers, understanding business processes and application to systems, working with global cross-functional matrix teams, and a high degree of project success rate, and experience and understanding of technical solutions.
