About William Corgey

Twenty plus years in the the area of Network administration. Obtained several Cisco Certifications to include CCNP and CCVP and an Associates Degree in Cisco Network Engineering. Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols and planning helps me understand the needs of the customer. Coupled with having a mastery of an a great application, allows me to step outside the box of a traditional support model and into an "outside the box" in many cases to help people achieve their goals, that may otherwise not have an out of the box solution, resulting in both a quality customer experience and meeting the business need. My passion is SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager. The versatility of this product sometimes reaches beyond the scope of the design. I have been on the support side of the core team, working closely with development and giving my opinion on features and core abilities of the application. This allows me to help the customer leverage NCM to meet unique and challenging tasks. I currently am a team lead in the support organization in Austin with SolarWinds. My primary duties are to monitor and motivate to ensure our team is on track and satisfying our customers needs in an efficient manner. I assist my manager with creating and running reports and completing assigned projects. My goal is to learn and grow in the company and be more instrumental our success.
