These are the values behind the excellent care I am able to provide as the team leader at the senior living communities I operate and why, many of my facilities has been ranked No. 1, in resident satisfaction. All this was accomplished while streamlining systems and surpassing the company’s budget goals. While the awards, certifications, and other achievements displayed below speak to my drive and commitment to elevate the quality of senior care, they do not exemplify the most important thing about me: that, above all, I put people first. My entire career has been devoted to nurturing relationships and building connections. I create an environment of trust and mutual respect among culturally diverse staff through team-building activities and one-on-one mentorships, which has contributed to extremely low employee turnover. And my aspiration goes deeper than that. I wish to inspire people. So in addition to the many hats I wear, I am a certified navigator / coach specializing in supporting Seniors with life transitions. As a speaker, helping folks to find purpose and fulfillment—no matter their age or circumstances. I also provide private consultations, helping families and individuals navigate the financial, emotional, and logistical hurdles of the aging-in-place process.
