I started back in 2003 to provide myself with a company that could write software that would be used for more than 6 months (going lifespan for places I was working then). Capital City Consultants provides on-site and off-site Atlassian software configuration & support for both 'behind the firewall' downloaded versions as well as for OnDemand. We have more experience customizing and configuring JIRA (with JIRA Agile and Capture) than any other Atlassian tool, but have done a lot of work with the complete Atlassian suite. As a registered Atlassian reseller provides discounts on consulting engagements when clients purchase the Atlassian Software through Additionally we provide free licenses to our award winning plugins for JIRA and Confluence when Atlassian Licenses are purchased or renewed through us. Capital City Consultants has been in business since 2003 and enjoys long term relationships with several large name-brand businesses - Paypal, eBay, Logitech to name a few. For every engagement our mission is to deliver a complete solution - i.e. a solution which integrates tightly with the Client's existing business processes and systems reducing the traumatic impact of sudden sweeping change. We have found that an iterative approach for business process and tool changes reduces the end user frustration of having to do work differently. The best feature we bring to an engagement is our directive to ensure that real value is received on all project deliverables.
